Commis/Second Chef required for Contract catering establishment.
Must have relevent catering experience within this environment.
Food hygiene certificate and checkable history.
Duties will be based on a 40 hour week and the candidate will be expected to assist the head chef in the smooth running his/her kitchen.
Good knowledge within this industry and flair for special dishes an advantage.
Preperation of both hot and cold cuisine expected. |
