Quality Manager - WBL - Boultham, Lincolnshire
We are looking for an experienced Internal Verifier who is looking to work for a training provider in the in the Lincoln area. As a senior member in the company you will be managing the stakeholder and subcontractor relationships to maintain the relationships and be responsible for the overall Quality management of the company.
This role is ideal for an experienced Quality Manager/ Lead IQA who is self motivated and result driven. As the partnership lead you will be the face of the business to all partners. This opportunity is a brand new role to help further develop the companies apprenticeship and traineeship provision.
Key Roles & Responsibilities : Formulate and successfully implement company policy. Direct strategy towards the profitable growth and operation of the company. Develop strategic operating plans that reflect the longer-term objectives and priorities established for the business. Implement adequate operational planning and financial control systems. Drive quality practices Ensure subcontractors and adhering to quality and compliance Drive performance Manage performance of sub contractors Ensure that the operating objectives and standards of performance are understood and owned by the management and other employees. Closely monitor the operating and financial results against plans and budgets. Take remedial action where necessary to maintain the operational performance of the company. Represent the company to major customers and professional associations and partnerships. Negotiate all key contracts, including those with public funding organisations and major sub-contractors. Build and maintain an effective management team and assume responsibility for their development and appraisal. Assume full accountability for all company operations. Ensure all activities carried out conform to our organisation values, policies, procedures and agreements, in particular policies on the provision of equal opportunities and health & safety.
Person Specification: Knowledge of government funded training provision and delivery of work based learning in particular. Enthusiastic and highly motivated, flexible person. Able to work at senior levels with private and public organisations. Good working knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with at least two years relevant experience. Experience of training or coaching. Clean full driving licence.
