Our client in Loughton, Essex is looking for someone with waiting and bar experience to do a 20hr week position based in a highly reputable establishment.
The following duties are required:
Reception - Greet customers and take them to the table
- Hand them menus and brief them on any special dishes of the day
- Take incoming calls
Waiting
- Approaching guests to take food and drink orders
- Deliver food and drinks to the table
- Clear plates and clean table
- Taking card and cash payments
Bar
- Pour drinks
- Check stock level
- Wash and dry glasses
- Open wine, champagne and other drinks
